The Toastmaster prepares the agenda of the day, and leads the meeting. The Toastmaster introduces the members of his/her team for the day with the help of the Master Evaluator. It is the Toastmasters duty to make sure the meeting begins and ends on time.
Role filled by Juan Pablo Vera.
"General Evaluator" is in charge of the evaluation team. He/She will call on the team to briefly explain their roles.
"Grunt Counter" tallys the filler words, long pauses, and repeated words used by everyone who speaks at the meeting. During the evaluation portion of the meeting, the "Grunt Counter" will give a report.
"Grammarian" will listen to everyone who speaks for good and bad uses of English or Spanish. The Grammarian should also make notes on great descriptive phrases and strive to provide a suggestion for any grammatical mistakes. Additionally, the Grammarian gives the Word of the Day and tracks its use throughout the meeting.
"Timer" will explain the timing lights and signals, as well as give the time limits for table topics, speeches and evaluations.
"Speaker" will prepare a speech from one of the Toastmasters manuals.

"Evaluator #1" will evaluate "Speaker #1".

"Grunt Counter" will give a report on the members usage of filler words, repeats and long pauses for everyone who spoke at the meeting.
Timer will give report on time management
"General Evaluator" gives final remarks and returns conduct of the meeting to the Toastmaster
"Toastmaster" gives final remarks and returns conduct of the meeting to the Presiding Officer.
"President" makes any announcements and any other remarks for the day and closes the meeting.
