Patagonian International Marathon 2023 USD

In the year 2012, Patagonian International Marathon® became the first marathon to take place in Torres del Paine National Park. Since that first edition, the event has occurred each year in the month of September, either inside the park or within its surroundings. The only interruption was in 2020 due to the pandemic. Since its origin, the event has brought together runners from more than 65 countries, converging together in the extreme south of Patagonia to fulfill the dream of running in one of the most pristine locations on the planet. It is the most multinational marathon in Southern Chilean Patagonia.

The eleventh edition of Patagonian International Marathon® will take place on Saturday, 9 September, 2023. The event will take place within Torres del Paine National Park, utilizing its vehicular gravel routes, which are characterized by various curves and steep slopes. The race distances are 42, 21 and 10km. The entire route presents you with breathtaking scenery, with the best views towards the principal mountains of the park: Cerro Paine Grande, Cuernos del Paine, Cerro Almirante Nieto and Torres del Paine. The shared finish line for all distances is located a few meters from the Welcome Center at Reserva Las Torres (To be confirmed).

En el año 2012, Patagonian International Marathon® fue el primer maratón en el Parque Nacional Torres del Paine. Desde esa primera edición, se ha desarrollado anualmente en forma consecutiva en el mes de septiembre, al interior del parque o en el entorno de éste. La única interrupción fue causada por la pandemia del 2020. Desde su origen ha convocado a corredores provenientes de más de 65 países, que convergen hacia el extremo sur de la Patagonia para cumplir el sueño de correr en uno de los lugares más prístinos del planeta. Es el maratón más multinacional de la Patagonia Sur de Chile.

La undécima edición de Patagonian International Marathon® se desarrollará el día sábado 9 de septiembre de 2023. El evento se desarrollará al interior del Parque Nacional Torres del Paine, utilizando caminos vehiculares de ripio, que se caracterizan por sus múltiples curvas e importantes desniveles. Las distancias de carrera serán de 42, 21 y 10km. Toda la línea de carrera presenta un escenario sorprendente, con las mejores vistas hacia las principales montañas del Parque: Cerro Paine Grande, Cuernos del Paine, Cerro Almirante Nieto y Torres del Paine. La meta para todas las distancias estará ubicada a metros del Centro de Bienvenida de Reserva Las Torres (por confirmar).
