Experiencia Santiago, together with Match VC forms one of the key ecosystem events in the Southern Cone. We bring together leading investors with High Impact Entrepreneurs to stimulate networking as well as direct capital raising opportunities.
Let yourself be inspired by exciting keynote speeches, panels and 1:1 conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.
The activities begin March 31st in the early evening with a Welcome Cocktail and Kick-off 2020 with the whole Endeavor Network, Entrepreneurs and Investors.
In the morning of April 1st, we start off the day with Experiencia Santiago - opening with a keynote speech by Juan de Antonio, founder and CEO of Cabify and Endeavor Entrepreneur from Spain followed by Endeavor Entrepreneur from Peru and founder of KO Urban Detox Center Alexandra Llosa. Afterwards, we invite you to be inspired by a panel composed of leading Impact Entrepreneuers to discuss the role of entrepreneurship in society and its power to address societal challenges. Join one of the themed conversation tables before the lunch break to share thoughts and experiences about various topics within the context of raising capital.
In the afternoon we will move into the Endeavor Match VC with a panel of VC experts on the status of the ecosystem in Latin America followed by curated speed-dating sessions between Entrepreneurs and Funds and finally closing the day off with a Cheese & Wine, a final networking opportunity.

Juan de Antonio is Maxi Mobility’s CEO since 2011 when he founded Cabify, a leading mobility platform and one of Spain's unicorns. He is Entrepreneur and Board Member of Endeavor Spain, COTEC and Fundación Cabify. Juan majored in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, where he first got in touch with technology and entrepreneurship. Thanks to a Fulbright scholarship, he completed his education with a MBA in 2010 from Stanford University, exposing himself even more profoundly to entrepreneurship. In his previous life ,before starting Cabify, he worked at companies such as Ericsson, BCG and Zero Motorcycles. During all those years, he strived to combine a passion for learning with a drive to have a positive impact in our environment.
Ale is co-founder and CMO of KO, a leading chain of fitness and well-being gyms in Latin America.
Before starting her own company, she worked in diverse roles in the field of marketing and PR and market research in the retail and CPG industry.
At 29 she decided to embark on a drastic change of her life, tired of the corporate world, she dedicated herself to sports and the effects of fitness on human well-being.
Ale took on a sabbatical to create a unique value proposition for body and mind and in 2008 launched KO with the mission to offer physical exercise as a tool to create happiness.
She completed a Master in Marketing from UPC Catalonia (Spain), Master in Fitness and Sport Nutrition form Anew (Spain), a BA in Business Administration Universidad de Lima (Perú). Ale is also a certified Health Coach in Nutrition for Healing and has 5 certificates in yoga and other disciplines.
KO is a fitness boutique chain focused on promoting the well-being and health of its members through intense exercising, internal connection, good nutrition and positive attitude. The company offers two disciples, KO, a combination of material arts, boxing and military training, and yoga.
Founded in 2008 by Entrepreneurs Alexandra Llosa, Camila Carlessi y Álvaro de Rivero, their Urban detox centres already count 12 locations across Peru, Chile and Colombia summing more than 4,500 active clients that are seeking a healthy and positive lifestyle.
Since their selection as Endeavor Entrepreneurs, KO continues on its ambitious growth path to bring healthy physical education to the masses.
Alvaro is co-founder of Wheel The World, a travel start-up focused on bringing unique travel experiences to handicapped people.
He completed his university education as IT Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA de la Universidad de California, Berkeley. Together with his Co-Founder Camilo Navarro, Wheel the world has organized unique trips to The Easter Islands, Torres del Paine, Mexico and other landlocked locations previously inaccessible to their participants.
Since the age of 18, Alvaro himself is bound to the wheel chair and has since then been a vocal advocate of improving the quality of life to fellow wheel chair users and pushing for more universal accessibility in infrastructure, at work, leisure and society as a whole.
Tatiana was born in Cali but decided to study outside her hometown. Thus, in 2002 she moved to Bogotá to study Visual Arts at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and, later specialized in Strategic Marketing at CESA.
At the end of her studies she worked at Mead Johnson Nutrition and in 2011 met again with her brothers Andrés Arcila and Esteban Arcila to start working at the family business Armar Espacios, which eventually consolidated as SOS Asistancia.
After a long process with Endeavor Colombia, their family business grew into High Impact Entrepreneurship and was selected at the International Selection Panels (ISP) of Milan in June 2018. The venture went through an arduous selection process and is now part of the Endeavor Colombia Entrepreneurs network to continue climbing and expanding in the national entrepreneurship environment.
In this way, SOS Asistancia is positioned in the country as a company specialized in providing assistance services in the areas of plumbing, electricity, glassware, locksmithing, facilities, and construction; counting a presence in 12 main cities of the country. In addition, with 24-hour service, this Endeavor venture offers specialized technical services in a response time of 60 minutes to homes, insurers, retail and national companies.
